Rebuild Labs provides structured training guidance and related support services through RBLD Premium Tracker. These terms describe how the service operates, what users can expect, and the responsibilities of both Rebuild Labs Ltd and the user. The purpose of these terms is clarity rather than restriction — they ensure the service can be delivered consistently and fairly to all participants.

By accessing RBLD Premium Tracker, purchasing a subscription, or enrolling in any Rebuild Labs programme, you agree to the conditions outlined below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the Service

RBLD Premium Tracker provides membership-based access to structured fitness training, AI-powered coaching, performance tracking, and related content. The service is operated by Rebuild Labs Ltd (Company No. 17018247), registered in England and Wales.

Rebuild Labs is not a medical service, and nothing provided should be interpreted as medical advice.

2. Eligibility

RBLD Premium Tracker is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By joining, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement, you understand the physical nature of training-related content, and you take responsibility for your own participation.

3. Membership & Access

Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly) unless cancelled. Access is granted to digital fitness training content and services only. Membership benefits may evolve over time. Rebuild Labs Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content where necessary.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Rebuild Labs Ltd does not store full payment card details. All pricing is shown clearly at the point of purchase. Memberships renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the next billing date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Digital Products & Memberships

All training programmes, guides, and member access are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing checkout, you agree that access begins immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because access is granted instantly and content can be consumed immediately, purchases of digital products and memberships are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Membership Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 14 days of initial purchase and only if the member has not substantially used the service. Once training materials, protocols, or member resources have been accessed, the service is considered delivered and the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Accidental Purchases

If a duplicate purchase or clear billing error occurs, contact support within 48 hours and we will review and correct the charge where appropriate. Duplicate charges or technical billing errors will always be corrected.

6. Use of Content

All content provided by Rebuild Labs Ltd is for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content; share login access with others; or use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Rebuild Labs Ltd retains all intellectual property rights.

RBLD™ and Rebuild Labs™ are trademarks of Rebuild Labs Ltd (UK TM application no. UK00004336307). The RBLD name, branding, and associated materials may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Participation in physical activity involves risk. By using RBLD Premium Tracker, you acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health, you should consult a qualified professional if unsure, and you assume all risk associated with training activities.

Rebuild Labs Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in any training programme or use of AI coaching recommendations.

8. AI Coaching

The AI Coach feature provides personalised training guidance based on your logged data. AI responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before making significant changes to your training or nutrition.

9. Supplements

The Supplements section contains recommendations linked to affiliate partners. We may receive a small commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. All supplement recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

10. Conduct

Users are expected to engage with the service responsibly. Rebuild Labs Ltd reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where behaviour undermines the standards of the platform or violates these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuild Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Use of the site and services is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Use of RBLD Premium Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

13. Changes to These Terms

Rebuild Labs Ltd may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
